I just spit up a fairly large blood clot when I woke up this morning which was scary, scary enough to get me to say “that’s it, enough!”. With the amount of bloody noses I’ve been getting after doing a certain thing to myself and the last few mornings I’ve woken up I have spit up large blood clots, along with severe chest pains and my emotions have been wacky...
